Why showing up imperfectly beats not showing up at all
Sometimes the busyness gets on top of me - Teams going off, didn't sleep, SugarWOD shows an RPE 9/10 day. Easy to bail. Then I remind myself: I never regret showing up. So I turn up, pull it to a 7/10, and leave steadier than I arrived.
The people who last aren't the ones who train hardest on their best days. They're the ones who kept coming back on the average ones.
